Why you should use Invisible foil?

What is INVISINK™

Our product, INVISINK™ is invisible until it is exposed to black light.  You can call it “black light detectible.”

One of our customer’s customers makes pedometers, the little electronic gadgets that keep track of your steps and cadence while your are walking, running, etc. They want to put a consecutive serial number on each one for warranty purposes. They already have one small domed label with the logo on the pedometer, and they don’t have a good spot on the units for another label. The labor to adhere another label is also prohibitive because it adds further cost to an item that is sold as a commodity. Here’s an example of how INVISINK™ would look like in the dark.

Stairwell 4 Dark

Our customer suggested placing a serial number right under the logo on the existing label using the INVISINK™.  Their customer agreed It would be unsightly if it was a visible number.  With the new label, if there is a warranty return, they can check the serial number under a black light against the date it was sold.  Problem solved.

What are some uses of INVISINK™?

An unintended benefit, but a prime selling point is the anti-counterfeit effect. As new products become popular in a market, often they are copied, sometimes counterfeited to the dismay of the OEM.  Printing serial numbers, or just merely highlighting a letter or graphic with black light detectible foil will be enough to detect if it is from the OEM, or from a counterfeit source when it is on the store shelf.

Another customer of ours shared back stage VIP passes they printed as tags they wore around their necks.  It can also be used for decorating bar stools, wall paper and other decors where black lights may be used.

The bottom line is… with INVISINK™, you can offer what others can’t offer by being creative, or solving problems.
